My Corporate Wellness Service is massage, and receipts can be issued for acceptance by all massage insurance programs. I DO NOT handle these sessions with Direct Billing.

What comes to mind when someone says "Corporate Massage?" Do you have visions of your workers getting oiled up and rubbed until they are so relaxed they are unproductive for the rest of the day? Or maybe it's the sight of workers kinda sitting in that silly looking massage chair, getting rubbed through their clothes? (I can't seem to find any therapist who actually enjoys providing chair massages - and shouldn't they enjoy what they are doing?!)

Let me tell you about "Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (Extended)"™ - MAT(E)™. This modality falls under the massage umbrella, so it qualifies for all insurance coverage. I am Canada's most experienced Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT), and I have Extended the modality with additional techniques that follow the same Slow, Gentle, Intentional, and Pain-Free principles of MAT. I am uniquely qualified to bring this service to your place of business.

MAT(E)™ will help your workers to relieve their stress, help to improve their posture issues, help to heal their injuries, and help to improve their personal performance. And it does this while leaving your workers more energetic and alert (and Productive!). Isn't this what Corporate Wellness should be about?

Corporate Wellness Service - Details

Arrangements are made between a single corporate/business contact, and me, personally, to ensure no scheduling conflicts. Feel free to contact me via email if you have questions, or request a call back.
If you do not have enough workers for the minimum requirements, the minimum is still the minimum - feel free to make an arrangement with another business for my service - though there must be only a single business contact for each on-site daily visit, to be performed at a single location. Similarly, if you have more than 12 workers, you can book additional days on site. It may be possible to negotiate more than 12 treatment sessions in a single day.
This service is delivered on site, so the business contact will be responsible for providing suitable space on the premises in which to provide the sessions, for making full payment in advance of the day's treatments before the booking is confirmed, and for scheduling the sessions in whatever fashion is suitable for the business. Once payment is made and confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. (A different date may be negotiated should I not be able to show up for reasons beyond my control.)
Payment is required in advance, as I have to commit to a full day that I am not able to use to accommodate other patients.
Proper receipts will be provided for the service as a whole, and to individuals treated for submission to insurance companies for reimbursement, if so desired. No direct billing will be provided for this service.
All treatments are nominally 30 minutes in length with the worker fully clothed. Each worker may have more than one session, if the company desires, whether or not they are consecutive.
Bookings are for an entire workday, with a minimum of 12 sessions, each session being a nominal 30 minutes long. Include time for two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break (for me). That is 7 hours of straight time, excluding setup and take down. More sessions for the day can be negotiated, with appropriate additional break times.
The regular price for these sessions on an individual basis is $87 each, about 50% higher than your Corporate Wellness pricing of $57.42 each. Minimum corporate booking is 12 sessions for $689, before GST is included.
All treatment recipients will be required to sign a waiver in lieu of providing full medical histories. Issues and concerns will be communicated verbally and, in accordance with MAT(E)™ principles, any sign of pain will stop a technique for further evaluation.
