The following are TYPES of Manual Therapy and related Modalities and Education that I have undertaken, whether formally or self taught. They are not INDIVIDUAL Techniques, as many therapists list in their profiles, as I would have to list far too many.

A modality I created which focuses on the Autonomic Nervous System to facilitate healing.

Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT)

I am Canada's first (Alberta's only) Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT). Certified by Erik Dalton.

Red Light LED/Laser Therapy

PhotoBioModulation Therapy (PBMT) is used to speed healing and stop or slow degenerative issues. I am certified through Bioflex.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

I have training through Mike Reinhold.

Pre-Peri-Post Natal Massage

I am certified by Seminars for Health.

Joint Mobilization

I am certified through my Advanced Massage Training Diploma.

Therapeutic Massage

I am certified through my Advanced Massage Training Diploma.

Relaxation/Swedish

Orthopedic Assessment
